I have been sewing since grade 7 home ec. I enjoy working with bright colours and lots of contrast and doing design work. I started quilting in 2016 and since that time, I have created over 90 quilts. I have won numerous ribbons in the quilting category at the annual Markham Fair. My provincial flowers applique quilt won Grand Champion Quilt - Macine Quilted at the 2018 Markham Fair and went on to the next level of Ontario Competitions. All of my work is done from my home studio which now has taken over a large portion of the main floor of our home, since purchasing a long arm machine. Who needs a living room and a dining room anyways? I am fully equipped to provide any type of quilting design you desire because as well as the long arm machine, I have two sewing machines, a surger, a cutting machine and an embroidery machine. Whether you are looking for fabric art, a memory quilt or something to make you cozy, I will make it for you.
